  • Placeholder Text — hint text inside the input
  • Help Text — optional description shown below the field
  • Required — toggle whether the field must be filled before submitting

Multi-Step Forms

Toggle "Multi-Step Form" in the settings bar to break your form into multiple steps:

  • When enabled, two default steps are created and your existing fields are split between them
  • Each step has a title and optional description (both editable inline)
  • Click "Add Step" to create additional steps
  • Click the X on a step to remove it (fields move to the first step)
  • Fields are scoped to the active step — switch steps by clicking the step cards
  • The form shows a step progress indicator with numbered circles and a progress bar

Preview Mode

The builder includes a Preview Mode toggle that shows exactly how your form will appear to visitors, including:

  • Step progress bar (for multi-step forms)
  • All fields rendered with their labels, placeholders, and help text
  • Previous/Next navigation buttons between steps
  • A Submit button on the final step

Saving Your Form

Click "Save Form" in the top-right corner. Your form configuration (fields, steps, settings) is saved and immediately replaces the default contact form on your public profile.

Form Settings

The settings bar at the top shows:

  • Multi-Step toggle — enable or disable multi-step mode
  • Field count — total number of fields in the form
  • Step count — number of steps (when multi-step is enabled)

Default Form

If you haven't built a custom form, your public profile uses the default form with these fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Company, Phone, Country, and Details. Building a custom form completely replaces this default.
