Build custom reports with drag-and-drop KPIs, charts, tables, and episodes.
Report Builder
The Report Builder lets you create fully custom, visual reports using a drag-and-drop canvas.
Opening the Report Builder
Click the purple Create Report button in the Analytics header. This opens the full-screen Report Builder modal (currently in beta).
Layout
The Report Builder has two panels:
- Left sidebar — Browse and search available elements across several tabs
- Right canvas — Your report preview. Drag or click elements from the sidebar to add them here.
Element Categories
KPIs
Platform-specific stat cards. Select a platform first (Network, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Beehiiv, Simplecast, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Art19), then pick from its available KPI metrics. Each KPI card shows the value, growth arrow, and a colored border matching the platform.
Charts
Trend charts (area charts) for Network Reach, YouTube Reach, Audio Reach, Social Reach, and per-platform trends. Also includes a Platform Breakdown pie chart showing reach distribution across platforms.
Episodes
Add episode performance cards for any episode that has a cluster report. Each card shows Views, Engagement, Shares, Listeners, Clips, and Posts. Filter episodes by show name or search by title.
Text
Add Header or Paragraph text blocks to annotate your report.
Templates
Pre-built report layouts you can apply with one click:

Your custom saved templates also appear here. Click any template to append its elements to the current report.
Shared Reports
View and manage reports you've previously shared. Copy the link or delete a shared report from this tab.
Editing Elements
Hover over any element on the canvas to reveal Edit and Remove buttons. Edit lets you change the custom title. For text elements you can edit the content. For table elements you can set the max number of rows.
Reordering
Drag and drop elements within the canvas to reorder them. Elements snap into place.
Report Title
The report title at the top of the builder is editable — click it to replace the default *"[Network Name] Report"* text.
Saving, Sharing, and Exporting
The header toolbar has four actions:
- Automations — Opens the Report Automations settings (see the Automated Reports article)
- Save as Template — Enter a name and description to save the current layout as a reusable template
- Share Link — Generates a shareable URL and copies it to your clipboard. Anyone with the link can view the report.
- Download PDF — Renders the report to a multi-page A4 PDF. Charts, tables, and episode cards are included at high resolution. Clickable links in the report remain interactive in the PDF.
