CSV Export
Export analytics data as CSV files to use in spreadsheets, BI tools, or client reports.
Chart Data Export
Every reach card on the Overview tab has a download icon (⬇) in its header. Click it to download a CSV of that chart's data.
Available reach exports:
| Export | File Name |
|---|---|
| Network Reach | network-reach-[timeRange]-[chartType].csv |
| YouTube Reach | youtube-reach-[timeRange]-[chartType].csv |
| Audio Reach | audio-reach-[timeRange]-[chartType].csv |
| Social Media Reach | social-reach-[timeRange]-[chartType].csv |
Each CSV contains two columns:
- Date — The date of the data point
- Value — The reach value for that date
The file name includes the active time range (e.g., 7d or 30d) and chart type (daily or cumulative).
Shows Ranking Export
The Your Shows Ranking table also has a download icon. This CSV contains:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Rank | Position in the ranking |
| Brand | Show name |
| Total Reach | Combined reach across all platforms |
| Audio Reach | Audio-specific reach |
| YouTube Reach | YouTube-specific reach |
| Social Reach | Social media reach |
| Growth (%) | Growth percentage |
File name: shows-ranking-[timeRange].csv
Tips
- Switch the time range before exporting to get the period you need
- Use the "Daily" chart type for day-by-day breakdowns, or "Cumulative" for running totals
- Filter by specific shows or categories first — the export reflects your current filters
