Sharing Reports

Create shareable links so sponsors, team members, or clients can view your reports without logging in.

How to Share

• 1Open the Report Builder and build your report (or apply a template)
• 2Click Share Link in the top toolbar
• 3A unique URL is generated and copied to your clipboard automatically
• 4Send the link to anyone — they'll see a read-only view of the report with live data

Managing Shared Reports

In the Report Builder sidebar, switch to the Shared tab to see all reports you've shared. For each shared report you can:

• Copy Link — Re-copy the URL to your clipboard
• Delete — Remove the shared report. The link will stop working immediately.

Each shared report entry shows:

• Report title
• Date created
• Number of elements in the report

Shareable URL Format

Shared report links follow the format:

listener.com/report/[userId]/[reportId]

• Send a performance snapshot to a sponsor before a renewal call
