Cluster Stats & Metrics

Every cluster tracks reach across three categories, broken down by platform.

Reach Categories

CategoryPlatformsMetric Used
YouTube ReachYouTube, YouTube ShortsViews
Audio ReachSpotify, Apple Podcasts, Simplecast, Transistor, Art19, Megaphone, Captivate, Acast, Podbean, Buzzsprout, Anchor, Spreaker, Libsyn, Blubrry, PodchaserPlays / Downloads
Social ReachInstagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, BeehiivViews / Impressions

Total Reach = YouTube Reach + Audio Reach + Social Reach

Content Form Categories

Metrics are also split by content form:

  • Long-form Reach — Full YouTube videos, full audio episodes
  • Short-form Reach — YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and similar short-format content

Node-Level Metrics

Each node type reports reach differently:

  • Episode nodes — Listeners or plays
  • Clip nodes — Views (video) or plays (audio platforms)
  • Post nodes — Impressions (X/Twitter), views (Beehiiv), or views/reach (other social)

Platform Breakdowns

In the Cluster Builder, click on the Views or Engagement totals to see a per-platform breakdown showing exactly how much each platform contributes.

Additional Counts

  • Clips — Total number of clip nodes
  • Posts — Total number of post nodes
  • Episodes — Number of episode nodes (1 for single clusters, multiple for merged)

Episodes Table Metrics

On the Episodes page, metrics are calculated by reading the saved cluster data from your account. Only individual episode clusters count toward per-episode metrics — merged cluster metrics are shown separately in the merged clusters view.
