Find a Sponsor uses AI to generate a curated list of potential sponsors tailored to your podcast's content and audience, then lets you look up real marketing contacts at those companies.

How It Works

Step 1: Describe Your Podcast

Fill in two required fields:

• Describe Your Podcast — What's your podcast about? Share the topics, themes, and what makes it unique.
• Describe Your Target Audience — Include demographics (age, gender, location), interests, education level, lifestyle, and any other relevant details. The more specific you are, the better the sponsor matches.

Step 2: Select a Profile (Optional)

If you have podcast profiles in your network, you can select one from the dropdown to auto-fill the description from your existing podcast data. The dropdown is searchable — type to filter your shows by name or handle.

Step 3: Match with Sponsors

Click "Match with Sponsors" to start the AI-powered search. The system will:

• 1Send your podcast details to the AI matching engine
• 2Generate up to 20 potential sponsor matches
• 3Validate each sponsor — checking domain format, description quality (minimum 100 characters), and that the website is actually accessible
• 4Retry up to 3 times if not enough valid sponsors are found (minimum 7 required)
• 5Display verified results in a table

Understanding Results

The sponsor results table shows:

The AI prioritizes:

• Companies that are realistic and reachable for podcasters (not just giant corporations)
• A mix of company sizes with emphasis on attainable sponsorships
• Companies with a track record of podcast sponsorships
• Hyper-relevant matches based on your specific content and audience

Finding Contacts

Click the "Contacts" button on any sponsor to look up real people at that company:

• The system first searches for marketing contacts specifically
• If no marketing contacts are found, it automatically broadens to all departments and notifies you
• Each contact card shows: name, title, email, location, photo (if available), department tags, and seniority level
• Click the email icon to compose an email, or the LinkedIn icon to view their profile
• Click "Load More Contacts" to paginate through additional results

Tips for Better Results

• Be as specific as possible about your audience demographics and interests
• Mention your podcast's niche, episode format, and unique value proposition
• Use the profile auto-fill feature to save time if your show details are already configured
• If results aren't relevant enough, revise your descriptions and try again
