Episodes Overview

Cluster Reports Tutorial

The Episodes page is the central hub for managing your episode clusters. Each episode you import becomes a cluster — a visual map of all the content (clips, posts, audio) tied to that episode.

Episodes Table

The main table shows every episode with the following columns:

ColumnDescription
EpisodeTitle and publish date
Total ReachCombined reach across all platforms
YouTube ReachViews from YouTube and YouTube Shorts
Audio ReachDownloads/plays from Spotify, Apple, Simplecast, Transistor, Art19, and other hosting platforms
Social ReachViews/impressions from Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Beehiiv
ClipsNumber of clip nodes in the cluster
PostsNumber of post nodes in the cluster

Click any column header to sort ascending or descending.

Filtering Episodes

Use the filter tabs at the top of the table:

  • All — Show every episode
  • Active — Episodes with at least one metric above zero
  • Empty — Episodes with no content added yet
  • Merged — Switch to the merged clusters view

Totals Row

A totals row at the bottom of the table aggregates all metrics for the currently visible episodes — useful for a quick snapshot of your overall reach.

Favorite Episodes

Star any episode to add it to your Favorite Clusters. Favorited episodes are saved to your profile and can be showcased on your public page.

Checking for New Episodes

If you connected a Spotify show, Listener automatically checks for new episodes and adds them to your list. When AI Automation is enabled, new episodes also get clusters auto-generated.
