Analytics overview
Understand the Analytics dashboard — reach cards, tabs, filters, and chart types.
Analytics Overview
The Analytics page is where you monitor reach and growth across every connected platform.
Overview Tab
When you open Analytics you land on the Overview tab. It shows four reach cards in a 2 + 3 grid:
| Card | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Network Reach (or *Podcast Reach* when a single show is selected) | Aggregated reach across all selected platforms |
| YouTube Reach | Total video views from YouTube |
| Audio Reach | Downloads and streams from Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Simplecast, Captivate, Transistor, Megaphone, Art19, and Acast |
| Social Media Reach | Total impressions and views from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Threads |
Each card shows a large number, a growth percentage arrow compared to the previous period, and an area chart of the trend.
Your Shows Ranking
Next to the Network Reach card you'll find the Your Shows Ranking table. Columns:
- # — Rank
- Brand — Show name (links to its public page if a handle exists)
- Total Reach — Sum of all reach, with growth %
- Audio — Audio reach
- YouTube — YouTube reach
- Social — Social media reach
Click any column header to sort. Use the search box to filter by show name.
Header Controls
At the top of the page you have several controls:
- Time Range — Toggle between *Last 7 days* and *Last 30 days*
- Shows Filter — Select *All Shows* or pick specific shows. Supports search and multi-select.
- Category Filter — Filter shows by topic/category tags
- Chart Type — Switch between *Daily* (line chart) and *Cumulative* (area chart)
- Create Report button — Opens the Report Builder (see the Report Builder article)
Platform Tabs
Below the header are platform-specific tabs. Only tabs for platforms you have data for will appear. Available tabs:
Overview, Podcast Analytics, Social Media Analytics, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Threads, Apple Podcasts, Beehiiv, Simplecast, Transistor, Megaphone, Art19
Each tab surfaces dedicated analytics for that platform, including its own charts, KPIs, and breakdowns.
Platform Filter (Network Reach Card)
Inside the Network Reach card, there is an additional All Platforms dropdown. Use it to include or exclude specific platforms from the aggregated reach calculation.
