Manage Your Subscription

The Manage Subscription page lets you view your current plan details, upgrade to a higher tier, and access Stripe's billing portal to manage payment methods and invoices.

Available Plans

Listener.com offers four plans, each designed for a different stage of your podcasting journey:

Free Plan — $0/month

• Connect up to 2 social media platforms
• Create 1 podcast profile
• Stats refreshed every 30 days
• Smart link included
• Listener.com watermark on public pages

Pro Plan — $49/month (Most Popular)

• Connect Apple Podcasts & Spotify listener data
• Connect all major social platforms
• Create 1 podcast profile
• Privacy controls for your public profile
• AI Sponsor Finder — up to 100 matches per month
• Stats updated daily
• No Listener.com watermark

Premium Plan — $249/month

• Everything in Pro
• Manage up to 3 podcast profiles
• Advanced listener analytics
• Enhanced AI Sponsor Finder
• Add 1 collaborator to your account

Network Plan — Custom Pricing

• Scalable access based on show count
• Team access with roles and permissions
• Centralized network analytics dashboard
• Branded network profile with white-label support
• Dedicated onboarding and success team

How to Access

• 1Navigate to your Dashboard
• 2Click your profile area in the sidebar
• 3Select Manage Subscription

Viewing Your Current Plan

At the top of the page, a Current Plan card displays:

• Your plan name and price with the plan icon
• An Active badge (for paid plans)
• A list of your plan's included features (up to 5)

If you are on the Free plan, an info box will prompt you to upgrade.

Upgrading Your Plan

Below your current plan, the Upgrade Options section shows the plans available to you:

• Free users see both Pro ($49/mo) and Premium ($249/mo)
• Pro users see Premium ($249/mo)
• All non-Network users see the Network plan option

For Pro and Premium upgrades, you have two options:

• 1Upgrade Monthly — Pay the standard monthly rate
• 2Upgrade Annually — Save $60/year on Pro or $210/year on Premium

Clicking either button opens a secure Stripe Checkout session where you complete payment. For the Network plan, click Request Access to book an onboarding call.

You can also visit the detailed plan comparison page by clicking "View detailed plan comparison" at the bottom of the upgrade section.

Managing Billing & Payment

Paid subscribers can click the Manage Subscription button to open the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab. From there you can:

• Update your payment method (credit card, etc.)
• View and download past invoices
• Cancel or modify your subscription
• Update billing information

Note: Free plan users will see a message indicating there is no active subscription to manage.
