Network Team management
Invite team members to your network, manage invitations, filter by status, and export team data.
Network Team Management
The Network Team Management page is the central hub for managing who has access to your podcast network. It's split into two tabs: Team Members (full network access) and Talent Invites (per-show access).
Note: This page is only accessible to users with a Network plan. Non-network users will be redirected to the Dashboard.

Access Levels
There are three distinct roles in a Listener.com network:
Network Owner
- Full control over all network settings and billing
- Can invite and remove both team members and talent
- Manages all podcast profiles in the network
Team Members
- Full access to view analytics, manage content, and customize all profiles in the network
- Can invite other team members and talent
- Cannot manage billing or subscription settings
Talent
- Limited access to manage content and view analytics for only their assigned show
- Cannot access other shows in the network
Network Overview Dashboard
At the top of the page, four stat cards provide a quick summary:
- Managed Profiles — Total podcast profiles in your network
- Team Members — Number of accepted (active) team members
- Talent Access — Number of accepted talent invites
- Pending Invites — Combined count of all pending team and talent invitations
Team Members Tab
Inviting a Team Member
- 1Switch to the Team Members tab (default)
- 2In the Invite Network Team Member card, enter the person's email address
- 3Click Send Invite
- 4The invitee receives an email with a registration link pointing to network.listener.com
- 5The invite appears in the team list with a Pending status
Team members receive full access to manage all profiles in your network once they accept. The invitation is stored on the network owner's account.
Managing Team Members
Each team member row shows:

You can also search by email using the search bar.

Talent Invites Tab
What is Talent Access?
Talent invites give someone access to manage a specific show in your network — not the entire network. This is ideal for podcast hosts, producers, or editors who only need to work with one show.
Inviting Talent
- 1Switch to the Talent Invites tab
- 2Enter the talent's email address
- 3Click Choose a show to open the Show Selector modal
- 4Search for a show by name, handle, or author
- 5Select the show — it appears as a confirmed card with show artwork and handle
- 6Click Send Talent Invite
The invitee receives an email with a registration link to listener.com scoped to that specific show.

Managing Talent Invites
Each talent invite row shows:
- Their email address
- Status: Pending or Active
- The show name they were invited to
- Invitation date
Actions are the same as team members: copy invite link, resend invitation, or remove.
Filtering, Search & Pagination
- Filter by All, Pending, or Active status
- Search by email, show name, or show handle
- Results are paginated (10 per page) with a Load More button showing the remaining count
Bulk Actions
- Resend All Pending — Resends invitations to all pending talent invites
- Export CSV — Downloads talent data with columns: Email, Status, Show Name, Show Handle, Invited Date, Accepted Date, Access Type
Important Notes
- Only the network owner can manage billing and subscription settings
- Team members can also invite other team members and talent to shows
- When you remove a team member or talent, they lose access immediately
- Invitation links include the invitee's email pre-filled for a smoother registration experience
