Sharing a Campaign
Generate shareable links to share campaign performance with brands and sponsors.
Sharing a Campaign
Listener.com makes it easy to share campaign performance with brands, sponsors, and stakeholders using shareable links.
Sharing Options
There are three ways to share campaigns:
1. Share a Single Campaign
Click the link icon in the Actions column of any campaign row (or from the campaign detail view). This copies a shareable URL to your clipboard:
listener.com/your-handle/campaigns/campaign-id
Anyone with this link can view the campaign's performance data — reach metrics, platform breakdown, linked clusters, and progress toward goals.
2. Share All Campaigns
Click the "Share All" button in the top-right corner of the campaigns list. This copies a link to your full campaigns page:
listener.com/your-handle/campaigns
This shows the brand a view of all campaigns associated with your network.
3. Share Campaigns by Brand
When you have the Brand Filter active, a "Share [Brand Name]" button appears next to the filter. Clicking it copies a filtered link:
listener.com/your-handle/campaigns?brand=BrandName
This is perfect for sending a brand a link that only shows their campaigns, filtering out any other brand partnerships.
What Sponsors See
When someone opens a shared campaign link, they see:
- Campaign title, description, and brand details (logo, name, contact)
- Goal progress with a visual progress bar
- Impression breakdown — total reach, YouTube, audio, and social
- CPM tracking — expected vs. delivered CPM
- Linked clusters with detailed per-node performance
- Podcast logos for all shows in the campaign
- Start date and campaign age
The shared view is read-only — sponsors cannot edit or delete anything.
Tips for Effective Sharing
- Link clusters to planned episodes before sharing so sponsors see real performance data
- Use the brand filter share when working with multiple sponsors to keep things organized
- Share campaign links in your pitch emails, follow-up reports, or sponsor dashboards
