Creating a Campaign

Campaigns let you organize sponsorship deals by brand, track impression goals, and measure performance across episode clusters. Navigate to Campaigns in the sidebar to get started.

Campaign Creation Wizard

Click "Create Campaign" to open the 4-step creation wizard:

Step 1: Campaign Details

Fill in the basic information:

  • Campaign Title (required) — the name of the campaign
  • Description — notes about the campaign goals or scope
  • Brand Name — the sponsor or advertiser name
  • Brand Contact — contact person at the brand
  • Brand Notes — any additional brand-specific notes
  • Brand Logo — upload a logo via Uploadcare or auto-fetch from the brand's domain
  • Brand Domain — the brand's website URL
  • Brand Invite Email — email for inviting the brand to view the campaign

Step 2: Select Shows & Goals

Choose which shows from your network are part of this campaign:

  • Browse all shows in your network (searchable by name or handle)
  • Select one or more shows to include
  • Set a Total Views Goal — the overall impression target for the campaign
  • Optionally set per-platform goals (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Optionally set per-show goals for individual podcast targets

Step 3: Plan Episodes

Define the episode slots within the campaign:

  • Add individual planned episodes, each assigned to a specific show
  • Set Expected Impressions per episode
  • Set a Budget per episode
  • Episodes can be linked to clusters later (see Linking Clusters article)

Step 4: Review & Create

Review all your campaign details before saving:

  • Campaign info and brand details
  • Selected shows and goals
  • Planned episodes with budgets and impression targets
  • Click "Create Campaign" to save

Once created, all campaigns appear in a table showing:

Goal progress is color-coded: gray (<50%), yellow (50–74%), blue (75–99%), green (100%+).

Use the Brand Filter dropdown to filter campaigns by brand name.

Editing & Deleting

Click the edit icon on any campaign to re-open the wizard with existing data pre-filled. Click the delete icon to remove a campaign (requires confirmation).
