My Links
View and manage all your podcast link pages from one dashboard.
My Links
The My Links page gives you a centralized dashboard to view and manage all the link pages (Listener Links) across your network.
Note: This page is available to network accounts only.
Dashboard Overview
When you open My Links, you'll see a header showing "My Links" along with the total number of links you're managing. If you're a team member, the network owner's handle is displayed in the title (e.g., "My Links (owner-handle)").

Grid vs. Table View
Toggle between two views using the switch in the top-right corner:
Grid View
- Displays links as visual cards in a responsive grid (1–4 columns depending on screen size)
- Each card shows the podcast artwork, name, handle (@handle), author name, and category tags (up to 3)
- Hover over a card to reveal quick-action buttons: Edit Link, View Link, and Link Analytics
- Links are publicly accessible at
listener.com/link/your-handle
Table View
- Displays links in a sortable data table with columns: Profile, Author, Categories, Unique Views, Button Clicks, Updated, and Actions
- Click column headers (Profile, Author, Updated) to sort ascending or descending
- Unique Views and Button Clicks show real-time analytics data inline
- Actions column provides Edit and View buttons for each link
Search & Filters
Search — Type in the search bar to filter links by name, handle, or author name.
Category Filter — Click the filter dropdown to select one or more categories. Only links that have at least one matching category are shown. Categories labeled "Category X" (default placeholders) are automatically excluded from the filter list. Click Clear all to reset.
Sort (Grid view only) — Choose between:
- Recently Updated — newest first
- Alphabetical — A–Z by name
Link Analytics
Each link tracks two key metrics:
- Unique Views — counted by unique IP addresses that visited the link page
- Button Clicks — total number of platform button clicks on the link page
In table view, these metrics appear directly in the row. In grid view, click Link Analytics on hover to open the full analytics page.
