Public Profile (Media Kit)

Your Public Profile is a shareable media kit page that lives at listener.com/your-handle. It's the page sponsors, brands, and partners see when you share your network — showcasing your shows, audience stats, sponsors, and a built-in contact form.

What's on the Page

The public profile is fully customizable via your Network Settings (see Templates & Branding and Display Settings articles). Here's what visitors see:

Header & Identity

• Network name, owner, logo, and website link
• Founded year and main focus area
• About section (expandable for longer descriptions)
• Category tags for your network
• Sponsors section showing current sponsors with logos and links

Stats & KPIs

If reach stats are enabled, visitors see aggregated KPIs across your network:

• Total reach (audio + YouTube + social combined)
• Audio reach (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)
• YouTube reach (YouTube views + Shorts)
• Social reach (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads)
• Growth percentages where available

Stats can be toggled between Reach, Followers, and Performance tabs depending on your display settings.

Platform Breakdown

Visitors can see per-platform metrics with a dropdown that shows a breakdown by show — how each podcast in your network contributes to the platform total. Supports toggling between Followers and Average Reach views.

Shows & Episodes

Three view tabs (can be enabled/disabled in display settings):

• Shows — grid or list layout showing each podcast with artwork, name, author, categories, stats on cards (if enabled), exclusive badge (if enabled), and publishing schedule
• Episodes — a table of all episode clusters across your network with metrics (total reach, YouTube, audio, social, clips, posts)
• Analytics — aggregated content performance metrics

Shows can be filtered by category using the multi-select dropdown.

Contact Form

A "Contact Us" button opens a modal with your contact form. This uses either:

• The default form (first name, last name, email, company, phone, country, details)
• Or your custom form built in the Form Builder (see Forms article)

When submitted, the message is saved to your Inbox and an email notification is sent to the network owner.

Privacy Controls

If your profile is set to private (see Privacy Settings), visitors see a gated page instead:

• They can request access by providing their email and a message
• They can check access status if they've already submitted a request
• You manage access requests from your Network Settings → Privacy tab

Owners can always preview their own page by using the ?preview=owner URL parameter.

Sharing Your Profile

Your public profile URL is: https://listener.com/your-handle

Share this link with sponsors, on social media, or embed it in your website. The page applies your chosen template and brand colors automatically.

Page Views Tracking

Every visit is tracked automatically:

• Total views counted on each page load
• Unique views tracked by IP address
• Contact clicks incremented when the contact form is submitted
