Subnetworks
Subnetworks let you organize your network's shows into separate, self-contained groups — each with its own handle, login credentials, and public page.

Accessing Subnetworks
Navigate to My Subnetworks in the sidebar. This page is only available to network accounts.
Creating a Subnetwork
- 1Click Create Subnetwork
- 2Fill in the form:
- Handle — URL slug for the subnetwork's public page
- Name — Display name
- Email — Login email (auto-generated from your handle as
youremail+handle@domain.com) - Password — Login password (click Generate for a random 8-character password)
- Logo — Upload a logo image
- Select Shows — Pick which shows from your network belong to this subnetwork (searchable list with checkboxes)
- 9Click Create Subnetwork
The subnetwork is created but not yet activated. You must activate it to create a working account.
Activating a Subnetwork
- 1Click the Activate button on the subnetwork card
- 2This redirects to a registration page with the email and password pre-filled
- 3Accept the Terms of Service and click Activate Subnetwork Account
- 4A new account is created with premium plan access and the assigned shows
Once activated, the subnetwork owner can log in independently and manage their assigned shows, view analytics, and customize their own public page.
Managing Subnetworks
Each subnetwork card shows:
- Name, handle, and logo
- Number of assigned shows
- Status (Active or Not Activated)
- Created and last updated dates
Available Actions
- Edit — Change handle, name, email, password, logo, or assigned shows
- View Credentials — See the email and password for the subnetwork
- Activate — Create the subnetwork account (only for non-activated subnetworks)
- Login — Quick login link (only for activated subnetworks)
- Delete — Permanently remove the subnetwork
Sorting & Filtering
Use the controls at the top of the page to:
- Search by name, handle, or email
- Sort by Recent, Alphabetical, or Number of Shows
Use Cases
- Group shows by genre or vertical (e.g., "True Crime Network", "Comedy Lineup")
- Give a production partner their own dashboard with only their shows
- Create advertiser-facing views with curated show bundles
- Organize by region or language
