Bulk Actions

When managing a large network, you can perform bulk operations on multiple shows at once.

Selecting Shows

• 1Check the checkbox on individual show cards, or click Select All to select every visible show
• 2A toolbar appears showing how many shows are selected
• 3Choose one of the available bulk actions

Available Bulk Actions

Add Categories

• 1Select your shows
• 2Click Bulk Add Categories
• 3In the modal, either:
• Pick from existing categories already used across your shows
• Type new category names (comma-separated) in the text input
• 6Click Add Categories — the selected categories are appended to every selected show

Hide Categories

• 1Select your shows
• 2Click Hide Categories
• 3A modal shows all categories currently assigned to the selected shows
• 4Check the categories you want to hide
• 5Confirm — the selected categories are removed from those shows

Clear All Categories

• 1Select your shows
• 2Click Clear Categories
• 3Confirm — all categories are removed from the selected shows

Note: Bulk actions update every selected show's profile and refresh the page automatically.
