AI Automated Clusters

Listener uses AI to automatically match your existing social media content to each episode and build clusters without manual effort.

Enabling AI Automation

Toggle AI Automation on the Episodes page. When enabled:

• Listener auto-generates clusters for your 2 most recent episodes
• Every time a new episode is detected from Spotify, a cluster is created automatically
• Content from all connected platforms is analyzed and matched

How AI Matching Works

For each episode, the AI:

• 1Reads the episode title and description
• 2Scans up to 15 pieces of content from each connected platform
• 3Scores each piece for relevance using strict matching criteria
• 4Only content with 90%+ relevance is added to the cluster

Strict Matching Criteria

The AI requires content to share specific entities — the same people, companies, or products mentioned in the episode. Generic topic matches are rejected:

• Same specific subject matter → 90%+ score (included)
• General industry themes → max 20% score (rejected)
• Different people in similar industries → max 30% score (rejected)

Auto-Generate in the Cluster Builder

Inside any cluster, switch the sidebar to Automated mode and click Auto-Generate. This runs AI matching across all your connected platforms:

• Each platform is processed sequentially
• Results show how many relevant matches were found per platform
• All suggestions are pre-selected — deselect any you don't want
• Click Add Selected to add them as nodes to your cluster

You can also auto-generate for specific platforms only.

Empty Clusters

If AI services are temporarily unavailable or no content scores above 90%, an empty cluster is still created. You can add content manually at any time.
